Cargo terminal

Kundzinsala terminal is a part of Riga port on the right bank of the river Daugava. Looks like a girrafe park from a distance.

Arch

This garden has been changed and renamed many times, but everyone in Riga recons it as Viesturdarzs (Viesturs' garden). Anyway the place is really calm, with lots of different trees and built objects, such as Alexander gates, pool and memorial of Latvian Song festival.

Hooked on Andrejsala

Andrejsala is still attracting lots of young people, even without any organized activities. They come here to talk, have some "bring-along beverage" and watch the sunset lighting the distant city.

Vivid

A colourful graffiti on Miera str. makes this remote corner look vivid.

Take off

This was easy, but next time some day, I might shoot flies on the fly. But I guess, getting Riga in the background would be even more challenging.

I was just curious, how these trolleybus lines are connected up there.

Fishing is a way men often spend their free time alone. Still, finding common interests with the close ones, might be a key to happiness.

Police chase

After few collisions with other cars and scooter this old Audi ripped off its rear suspension and was unable to get away from police chase. The driver was obviously drunk and lost some sanity. I saw the big finale, and fortunately it came out without casualties.
