- Sorry, I interrupted you. You're not thinking of running away, are you?
The biggest of them is Dome church (with a golden rooster on the top)... Well, I thought so, no person admiring female beauty will notice the towers until the lovely jogger will run out of the sight :) ... then comes Anglican Church next to the right, then St. Peters church - the highest of all 123,25m but it doesn't seem so in the photo. And there are few more spires that are hidden behind.
mhm...
ReplyDeleteAdmit it - were you taking a photo of the towers or the girl? ;-)))
ReplyDeleteHmm, I thought that St. Peters was the highest?
ReplyDeletewell there's at least five towers and possibly more in the distance
ReplyDeleteLooks like a city of spires :)
ReplyDeleteI like the lighting of this photo, and the motion is captured well.
Hi
ReplyDeleteinspired here
our Metro Trains run partly underground and partly over ground..
Very nice and having some fun with your viewers to boot!
ReplyDeleteI love the light in this one also.

ReplyDeleteRight you are, St. Peters is the highest, Dome - biggest. I could agree my narrative was not clear enough, so I made corrections...
The photograph is a mix of old thoughts and new ones.
ReplyDeleteI was in Riga a year or so back. Really liked the atmosphere and friendly people. Property prices seemed to be going sky high though - is that a problem?
ReplyDeleteInteresting dichotomy. In the upper portion, one’s thoughts turn spiritual with the spires of the churches on the horizon and then when one looks at the bridge, well....
ReplyDeleteGreat photo!
Towers? Which towers? Where?
ReplyDeleteyou are right..its hard to recognise the towers on this photo. which towers? where?:)
