What could this be good for?
It still puzzles me, what could this kind of set up be good for? I noticed it attached to a three storey building, but could not figure out the purpose of this installation. The one thing I am sure of, it is not a supermarket. :)

Maybe just a nice painting on a cover for waste dump ?
