Highrises in Riga are very recent trend and I like the diversity they bring to the architectural statements of Riga. This recent addition to the skyline I decided to post in black&white to create a false sense of historical evidence of Riga long-drawn highrise culture:)

ReplyDeleteemm... high rises is that a blessing or a necessary 'evil' a price that society have to pay for progress/development?......
ReplyDelete...Esthetically as it may be, by re-defining the new skyline of a grow metropolis....but in return what do we have to 'sacrifice'? .... or perhaps not...in the name of progress...
