Riga HES


...or Riga Hydro Electric (Power) Station. The buildings that are of major importance (e.g. TV tower, National Library that is u/c) in Riga are constructed in a way they can withstand the wave that would be produced if this DAM gets loose.

    Skaisti un reizē baisi. Migla un putni - ar izjūtu, bet tas dambis - pat nedomājot par vilni, kas varētu aizskalot Rīgu, - vienmēr atstāj monstrozu iespaidu. Kaut kas līdzīgs GMO - baiss, jo nedabisks...
