Very unfortunately I haven't got the name of the person represented in this sculpture (shame on me). It is located in Old Riga (Vecriga) on Tornu str.

    It looks like that dude from Mork and Mindy crossed with an Easter Island statue.

    Or maybe Paris Hilton.
