Riga International Airport


Looks a bit deserted - economic situation must have affected it as well, I guess.

The whole idea of Nothing has bugged people for centuries... the terror of nothing... what is the difference between something and nothing?

    That quote reminded me of a professor who always quoted "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera.

    Anyhoo, I like the contrast between the building itself and the plants. I think here the crisis has affected some areas like shopping.

    I like this photograph, it has a nice balance between something and nothing. Too often, I think, we fill our lives with somethings for no other purpose than to avoid having nothings.
