I have found three types of parking meters in the streets of Riga centre. The parking zones are different as well as tariff, so the meters are labelled with the letter on the top. So if one doesn't like to risk and get his car blocked with a special device that can be attached to a drivers side front wheel, he or she will have to spend some coins or make the payment through a mobile communication - send a SMS.
