Cars again... This is the only one so over fitted Hummer in Riga. It looks like a fancy catafalque. I am not informed how explicit is the content, although I am sure that owner of this vehicle "fax" the fuel economy and thereby buries lots of petrol mile after mile. I too wonder what the statement on the back of the Hummer means. As for the Hummer, its okay to drive around if it is full of passengers but usually there is only 1 person in the vehicle and they are being wasteful with resources.
Thanks for visiting my NorthBayPhoto blog. To answer your question - some people put winter tires on their cars but a lot of people just suffer with All-Season tires (but All-Season tires don't work that well in the winter but they are usually passable).
