This shot is done from the Albert SkyBar outdoors terrace. Indeed it is as far as I know the highest place in Riga you can order beer in an open air.

At Lisbon we can also find a few places like that and the tendency is to open even more since the tobacco law came into.
Looks pretty cold for drinking outdoors. Lovely view, though.
Nice view - will be a place I must visit this summer...
Sit outside in a warm summer evening with a cold beer and view over the roofs of Riga..can it be better ?
