Nice view - will be a place I must visit this summer...Sit outside in a warm summer evening with a cold beer and view over the roofs of Riga..can it be better ?And when is that summer comming..still waiting :)

This shot is done from the Albert SkyBar outdoors terrace. Indeed it is as far as I know the highest place in Riga you can order beer in an open air.
