Can you recall that miserable feeling at the moment you notice something attached to the window of your car? Parking tickets...There are some people who try to find a solution - after they park wrongly, they attach "yesterdays" ticket to their car, hoping that police will ignore their vehicle. As you can see in the photo, sometimes it doesn't pay off.

Fortunately I've only been the victim once. Our traffic wardens are really over zealous & practically ticket anything that's on the road.

What is fee in Riga ? In Copenhagen it is dkr. 550,00 (Lvl 50,00)

It is normally LVL10,- wich is DKR 110,- :)
But if you dear to park right on the pavement, then you get it doubled.
