Again, th0at is a good question - vans (in this case the green van) are providing service that unites best of taxi and bus features - they have routes, but you can flag them down everywhere (just like taxi):)
Nice view...just thinking that Kalku Iela and Vecriga is not looking very impressive from here ;)
