Lord of the rings
Surely there is a massive story behind this guy,... but if you look closely you will get convinced that he has teleported himself from imaginary fantasy world to Riga. Clearly this spring we are visited by a character from a famous tale.

He seems to have the weight of the world on his shoulders and needs a crutch to help him bear the weight. Nice post.
