As part of economic decline Riga is going through massive construction boom (I now it didn't make sense) - Central Train Station is not exception. There are construction works going on on both sides of this street. One of the buildings will be a hotel.

An excellent image! In spite of the fact that I wouldn't be happy to step into the puddle that makes such a wonderful reflection!
Excellent reflection. I often use puddles, beauty can be found anywhere.
