Jurmala
Bulduru prospekts is a luxury street in Jurmala city. Jurmala is an extension of Riga, though not everyone can afford to live there - you know what I mean.
I guess one really has to pay for less congestion, pollution and traffic anywhere in the world nowadays, especially if one wants the convenience of large-city living.

So this is where the former Latvian Politburo live?
Former Latvian Politburo are still running the country! And they live in mansions in ultra exclusive neighborhoods just on the outskits of Riga.
