Duntes street over the last few decades from an empty road connecting Riga centre to Sarkandaugava area has become a popular location for companies operating in shopping, office, residential buildings (Duntes Ozoli - the highrise behind the blue building) or entertainment industries.

I don't think that GS has a very strong case. That said, they only need a team of lawyers to threaten to "win" (so to speak).
