It's a strange drawing since it doesn't seem to have anything written on it (if I suppose it was done with the purpose of traffic safety).
Here, rain is very needed during winter months since it cleans the air from pollution and smog, plus that is where the main source of Energy for Chile comes from. I do enjoy the rather sunny and warm days to get out but I hate the polluted air.
maybe the soviets had already secretly developed the tom tom(!) i love the style of those soviet-era murals. i had a great time photographing them in Vietnam.

It has nothing to do do Δ“ith Tom Tom. It just looks a little bit like it... and it is like a little prediction.

I like the photo but I don't get the drawing...do you know what it means or refers to?
