There are dozens of groups around Orlando who feed the homeless and who are not breaking the law. With the new ordinance, maybe now I can walk through the park with my son and daughter and not see a drunk bum asleep on a park bench waiting for a handout of food.

Unfortunately this is a method to rid city from homeless people.
