Empty buildings 2
Regarding yesterdays post here is the same house at night. From the distance looks very OK, during daytime no one would notice it is abandoned. It stands right in front of National theater, on the corner of Kr. Valdemara and Aspazijas blv.
Hallo, Denny! I suppose that the building needs renovation, but the owner is waiting for a better economic factors to proceed. And the address was posted in the first post already, check out the narrative! Take care.

Why are they empty? Unoccupied by the past? or preparing for the future?
Indeed I passed by this building during my last visit but was not aware that it is empty
