Da Vinci
The most construction projects has been put on ice. Da Vinci high rise in Ķīpsala is one of the rear one's that is continuing (after being completely flooded few years ago) at a slow pace.

Even though we are supposed to be in the middle of the economic crisis, real estate has been blooming here and it seems that construction companies want to sell their flats as soon as possible. However, we do have our "white elephant" which is a tower supposed to be the tallest one in South America. From what I know, construction will resume soon.
