Nice abandoned building on Jāņa Asara street. Look at that cross between pillars - it must have been a hospital. By judging on the extent of the grass on steps, not one of the recent closures though. My verdict - has been dead for at least 10 or more years. What a shame - it is located very close to the city centre and would have been an eye candy, if not have had to make a sacrifice to the god of the economic cycles.

That's good news for the fellow who acquired the building. Making less intensive would be a worthwhile solution.
