Pub Dickens in Old Riga. Although front entrance is around the corner, I prefer this view, because buildings really represent two different view angles. If street itself would be the third building, I'd call it M.C. Escher's reality.

Very nice photo -- many places have pubs dedicated to writers you might not associate them with.

I do not know the real reason, but I suppose the name is for attracting customers to "real english" pub.They have restaurant next to pub as well.

How interesting. There seem to be pubs in many countries other than the UK. We've several around here in France and in Monaco. There's Irish pubs and as Gerald says, pubs dedicated to writers. All great stuff. Hope they serve good beer!
