2+7+11

The oddly shaped top of the building is a Sky Bar of the Hotel that is named after Mr Albert Einstein and therefore little mathematics describing the gradualness of Riga - at a forefront 2 storey building followed by a 7 floorer and finally 11 floor high-rise.
