Vansu Bridge is always "congested dot com" because it is facing bottle neck at the Right Bank of Daugava River. When I was taking this photo the driver of Mercedes looked at me in a way I thought I'll rather no do it, but then, since I had started doing it I finished it up:)

brilliant photo - you must have been low down to get the reflection in the puddle - hope the car didn't drive through it and splash you.
