Bell
Proper weird placement for this massive bell - on the ground in Orthodox church territory near the Central Market. The letters you can see here are in Russian language, but I don't know this Russian dialect and can not translate it.
This bell certainly dates back to the time of the last Russian Emperor Nicholas II, for the inscription on its base reads: "Nicholas II Aleksandrovich Samoderzhets (Autocrat) of All the Russias". The bell could be a donation from Nicholas II or it was simply dedicated to some important event associated with the Tzar (accession to the throne or something else).

Such a big bell !! Amazing...
This bell doesn't ring any more?
It might do, but it not used for that purpose - it's a decoration:)
