Fishing in Riga Canal
I am always amazed to see people instead of fishing somewhere out of Riga staying at the banks of Riga Canal - must be plenty of fish there:)...well, I doubt it.
When I was younger I do quite a lot of fishing for the thrills of 'possibly' catching something and the 'rush' of 'fighting' with the fish to reel it in... However, I can imagine it is also a 'good' excuse to get away and have a break...
Hi Aigar, just a brief note to say hello and between my first visit to your website (in March) to now, i have managed to visit Riga once during early May. I really like the city and the country; I was a business busy trip and I did not manage to pause/plan for a coffee with you and Karlis. Perhaps next time round. Take care and keep up the good work.

I've never been into fishing but it does look relaxing, doesn't it?
