Different concepts of urbanisation are not always spreading across evenly. What I mean is - the renovation (one of the urbanisation concepts) is like a wave that starts from the centre and spreads to outwards. I hope this building will have enough patience to benefit from it.

Sure..but I hope the building will survive urbanisation and remain as it is but maybe with new paint ;)
I mean where else can you see such a unique wood building with tower in a capital...better than concrete :)
What I meant is I hope it will be refurbished very soon!!!
