Two of many entrances into the block which is named strangely - instead of being called tirgus (market in Latvian) it is called bazar (market in Russian). The meaning is still valid - every fourth Saturday of month there is a Green Market - only Organic Farmers allowed.

So there is still some Russian influence lurking around...
I would definitely go there to get my organic food.
