The closest beach by Riga is in Mangalsala. Why not to have a ride on horse? Just ask the locals.

It reminds me of very rural beaches found in the South of Chile (the ones where it almost looks like the main countryside).

A beautiful horse - but he looks reluctant to be ridden! Riding on the beach is also popular in my home area in northern California, on the Pacific Ocean.
