Lutheran Luther Church in Tornkalns. Not that I like crusaders very much:), but it is one of the highest buildings in Pardaugava (Left Coast of Duagava).

Ivy in Riga

Ivy in Riga rarely is reaching high altitudes. I found few climbing up the trees in Rigas Lielie Bralu Kapi (Great Riga Cemetery of Brothers). In fact I planted few this weekend to see how they can be climb if looked after.

Spooky Riga

I had an odd feeling when I entered this run down abandoned cemetery located in between Miera street and Pernavas streets. Besides spookiness it was unsafe because there was a massive uncovered hole as you enter it and because I didn't want any surprises I did not look into it to find out if anyone has already fallen in. Click here to see me standing on the door step and taking a pic of the hole - as you can see there is no door either. How bad is that.

Chapels In Great Cemetery

Looks a bit abandoned ... because they are. Once a principal cemetery of Riga it is converted into a park. The status of park has not brought any facilities into it, but there is a street (Sencu street) crossing the park - no reports of ghosts so far:)
