Goija
I had a great chance to have few drinks in this chill-out tea house. Karlis revealed it to me today. Very relaxing atmosphere, downtime music and a great company. A must go.

The Tea House
I buy it on the first floor, taste it on the second. Plenty of cushions and no chairs or tables - one of my favorite places to sip a tea and have a yummy sweet in Riga.
