Water tower

I would love to see them converted into apartment buildings and live on top floor in one of those round walls.

Spectacular buildings

To my mind water towers and wind mills are spectacular buildings. I think I would pick an apartment on the top floor of such water tower, but I am not sure about wind mill :)
