The temps are above zero even during the night, I guess, for the fist time this year.

Even though temperatures have broken above 0 in Riga, the forecast is - spring will not arrive before mid march. That means the temperatures will stay below average.

To my mind water towers and wind mills are spectacular buildings. I think I would pick an apartment on the top floor of such water tower, but I am not sure about wind mill :)

Many of you have noticed that philosophy of consumerism is contrary to the philosophy of Christianity. As I am making this photo from "Mols" - one of the largest supermarkets in Riga towards an Orthodox Church, I witness their peaceful co-existence next to each other.
