Daugava waiting for its Darling

The water transport has always been a part of Riga infrastructure, but far not good at all to my mind. The old river buses of soviet times really are metal scraps, that have become inefficient and unfriendly to nature long time ago. So couple years ago a new company KMK started its struggle against beaurocracy to bring water transport in Riga canal and Daugava up to new and much more pleasant levels. We put a car in a car park on Čaka and Pernavas street corner and thought we will walk to the Daugavas stadium, but didn't get there because there was another skate park half way through.

Ice Cube

Its kind of cool to have an Ice Cube in the middle of a central City park (Kronvalda parks), isn't it? I guess you do not know what I am talking about, well have a closer look at a writing on the right rooftop:)
