While Daugava river and Riga Gulf is ice free Kisezers lake is melting slowly. I wonder who owns these floating premises.

Lake KisEzers

Mezaparks is very exclusive area to live in in Riga. One reason might be that it is at the shore of this lake. Apart from ice fishing there is not much to do at this time.
