Patrolling in Mezaparks area is very important because it is popular recreation hub in Riga. A new play ground for kids were installed in Mezaparks a 15 minutes walk away from where this photo was taken (near Riga Zoo).

After Latvian Song Olympics are over the city gets decorated with diadems. Karlis Padegs is not exception and I am sure he does not mind:)
