To put it simply, the central train station and a surrounding area in Riga is a massive shopping mall. Nothing else. The cash extracting machine.

"HOBOTPAHC" is a word in Russian language meaning literally NewTrans (port).

Tram network in Riga is well developed and possibly will be expanding to distant Bergi area that is still with in the boundary of Riga.
