While investigating new developments in Skanstes area I found a big pond in the centre of Riga on Sporta street. It will not stay for a long like this - the plan is to erect few high rises around it. The site developer is rising the first one (Jupiter Centre) just to the left of where the photo was taken. Currently there is a fence around it hiding it from a public eye, but I am sure it will be accessible as this site develops.
