Yes, the views for those inside looking out are often far far better than waht the people outside have to look at! Ugly architecture - one of my pet hates :-)
I suposse that view has to be fantastic. I wish I can taje a photo from the roof.
Anyway. Sally this building dosen't look vnice but in our part of Europe it's something normal. It's kind of architecture promoted by ZSRR. I Poland ther're more scary buildung. Trust me. ;)))
This is a nice photograph. I suppose the view would be very good from the top. I like the building color.
