Skyline of Riga from city centre towards South. The trees at the front are called Vermanes park or Veramanitis which would be pronounced varmaneetys. The "a" is pronounced as in VAT or Vatican.

Bold and the Beauty

These two buildings are on Zakusala island in the middle of Daugava - TV office and antenna, Salu bridge runs between them.

Relatively

I often wonder, how interesting is it, sitting hours of your life like that. Phenomenon of relatively many men sitting on relatively thin ice on relatively cool day hoping for a relatively big catch.

Want some more rain?

Although it was not raining today, the sky was covered with juicy blue clouds letting us know that there still is plenty of water to pour down the sky. Well today it spared, so I could make this photo of TV building.
