In latvian slang we use to call a sign like this a brick. Just because it reminds one. The meaning though is recognized worldwide as driving forbidden.

Its a roadside coffee shop just outside Riga on Liepaja (pronounced Liepaya) highway. The sign has extraordinary name - it translates as SHEEPLIONS.

Just as you enter Riga from the West through Kalnciema street you'll see lonely house rising above the trees sending a message to those who feel disorientated and kinda forgotten their name as well:)
