This new Lithuanian investment development is again - very empty. Looks good from the outside. My theory is that all these new empty developments were made deliberately - not sure who for. If they wont be used, then it is a LOT of wasted resources.

Slavu pārvads Dienvidu Tilts

South Bridge extension (despite EVERYTHING - crisis, enormous cost, controversy...) keeps making its way through what used to be an air space.

Bank and Church

This is photo from Brivibas (Freedom) street is ironic as it illustrates opposites of modern and "civilised" world. The yellow building is a Orthodox Church with beggars in front of it. The building on the right is occupied by money maker Rietumu (West) Bank.

Rainbow

Today, immediately after a heavy rainfall, the sun showed up and surprised with a full rainbow across the dark skies. It was a great moment to take a break from work.

In this rainy winter morning someone had dropped his glove and someone else picked it up, while I was taking the shot. That lady attached it to a bus stop sign post. Who knows if the glove will be found again...
